Lisa Santhanam is a passionate Odissi performing artist and teacher of the Srjan gharana.  LIsa is committed to honoring her dance lineage and this oral tradition by offering quality performance and learning opportunities that reflect her extensive training and ongoing studies with her Guru's Ratiikant & Sujata Mohapatra.     

She is a recipient of India's Devadasi National award for her contributions in Odissi.

Past performances include:  Odissi International, International Odissi, Cuttack Odissi Festival, Bangalore & Chennai Margazi programs with Odissi Dance Company, Yoga Festival of Guangzhou, Diwali Festival in Guangzhou, the Cherry Blossom Festival in the USA, and the Capital Fringe Festival. She has performed with the Odissi Dance Company in several key performance throughout the USA and India.
